We are currently hiring for our client, a renowned global BPM company.


Position/Role:


SVP Sales professional will be responsible for hunting (opening new accounts / winning new logos) by selling Industry-specific/BPS offerings to Hi Tech clients. It's an Individual Contributor role.


Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have deep domain understanding of Hi-Tech and Professional Services Industry with a specific experience of selling BPM Services. They should have experience in designing and selling business transformation-oriented solutions that specifically cater to the specific client need. They should have demonstrated experience in building relationships, creating compelling value propositions, and closing multi-million-dollar deals. Their prior experience should have created trusted relationships and a network of clients, partners, advisors and coaches that could be leveraged to initiate and develop a pipeline of deals.


What makes you a good fit

  • Experience in solution-oriented selling to Executives in the Hi-Tech & Professional Services market, strong experience of selling BPO deals, and experience in closing $multi-million deals.
  • Proven experience creating relationships with C-level decision makers and the office of the CFO
  • Consulting background or experience working with advisory firms is preferred


What will you do

  • Prospect new business by conducting research to identify key decision makers and influencers within target accounts, such CFOs, Controllers, CAO’s, and Board members.
  • Create the market : Drive business development, lead solution design, and effectively track and report on the opportunities to closure
  • Present to Customers : Use the facts found in the needs analysis phase to present a compelling demonstration of the services and solution value
  • Close Sales : Lead the sales process to a close by demonstrating superior value proposition
  • Negotiate the Sale : Facilitate successful outcomes for both parties to optimize profits
  • Forecast Sales : Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking information through pipeline analysis, tracking and reporting
  • Plan Sales Strategy : Plan and execute sales strategy with purposeful action to complete the sale
  • Optimize Internal Resources : Gathers internal support to pursue an account
  • Prioritize selling activities and follow through in a timely fashion
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of company’s services through a commitment to ongoing training and engagement
