Title: Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales & Business Development
Job Summary
As the Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development, you will drive the growth of Managed Services and Cyber Security solutions. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our revenue strategy and market approach. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing sales processes, developing revenue-generating partnerships, and expanding our client base.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and establish market leadership.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, with a focus on selling top-tier Managed Services and Cyber Security solutions, particularly in Incident Response.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed performance targets both internally and externally.
Innovate new service offerings to differentiate us in a competitive market.
Build and maintain channel partnerships to broaden our market reach and service offerings.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align sales efforts with impactful campaigns.
Introduce new services effectively, leveraging your expertise in product development and commercialization.
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to drive new business acquisitions and expand our client portfolio.
Skills / Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and business development within Managed Services Provider and Cyber Security domains, specializing in Incident Response.
Successful history of achieving revenue growth and meeting sales targets in competitive markets.
Experience leading high-performing sales teams, both internally and externally.
Strong ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, including channel and partnership initiatives.
Deep understanding of marketing dynamics and collaboration with marketing teams for effective sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence decision-makers and foster connections.
Results-driven with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Additional Requirements
Must possess a valid US Driver's license.
Ability to rent and drive a rental car during travel.
Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time, often with minimal notice.
