In Summary:

We're looking for a Senior Vice President of Sales to spearhead our global Sales strategy, driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Your role will include identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with senior leadership to align objectives and drive White Label and PAM market expansion and revenue growth. Analysing market trends and competitor activities, you'll inform strategic decision-making while negotiating favourable agreements and fostering key stakeholder relationships. Furthermore, you will be in charge of B2B Marketing and be responsible for the company website, PR, tradeshows and event planning.


Your day to day:

  • Develop and implement a global commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion with particular focus on the US.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to maximise the commercial potential of our PAM.
  • Utilise your network and relationship to develop new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align commercial objectives with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, delivery, and finance to ensure the successful delivery of client projects and solutions.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, and presentations in response to client requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes and emerging trends to be prepared for market shifts and adjust strategies.
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, ensuring terms are favourable and in line with company objectives and policies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Developing PR Strategies and execute a PR plan
  • Creating and implementing comprehensive PR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Event Planning for Major Tradeshows
  • Stand Design – work closely with our stand design partners
  • General Organisation, Infrastructure, Catering
  • Organise client entertainment and merchandise.
  • Maintain and improve the corporate website. Keep it up to date.


What we are looking for:

  • Proven track record of success in a senior commercial position within Gaming
  • Leadership experience across multiple functional areas
  • A US network would be an advantage, in particular with Tribal gaming.
  • Strong understanding of the Gaming industry, trends, and market dynamics
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute commercial strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills with the ability to influence at all levels and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision-making.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on delivering outcomes and exceeding targets.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel a significant part of the time
