About The Role:

As the SVP of Sales, you will be accountable for Feastables' overall business performance with our U.S. and Canadian customers across all channels/RTM (route-to-market). Reporting directly to Feastables' Global CEO, you will become a global Core Leadership team member. As such, you will help shape the strategic direction for the fastest-growing CPG company in the world striving to leave a powerful, indelible legacy.

In this role, you'll combine strategic foresight with operational expertise, spearheading a dynamic team that's as ambitious as our products and driving critical decisions that shape the market presence of one of the fastest-growing snack brands. You will be responsible for setting the sales strategy, managing the sales organization & relationship with our brokers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Set long term channel/customer strategy to deliver sustainable, revenue/profit growth
  • Lead our Sales organization through the journey of becoming the #1 CPG Sales organization in America
  • Build multi-year Joint Business Plans (JBP) with our Top 25 customers in the U.S. & Canada designed to lead category growth
  • Shape our long term Route-to-Market Strategy and partnership with our Brokers/Distributors to make sure that the brand is within arm's reach
  • Build the right executional capabilities/ecosystem to ensure flawless OMNI Channel execution
  • Partner upstream with our Marketing, Supply Chain and PRGM teams to help create powerful value creation bundle which delivers against our "win/win/win or no deal" mantra: the consumers win first, our customers next and Feastables last but all three have to "win" or no deal

Recipe For Success:

  • Minimum of 15+ years experience in sales within the CPG industry,
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Hold established relationships with key decision-makers in accounts like Walmart, Target, Kroger, Sam's Club, Costco, Dollar General
  • Extensive experience in creating and maintaining winning JBPs with large national customers.
  • Proven track record of building, leading and nurturing large sales teams to consistently exceed targets and goals
  • Robust understanding of the retail landscape, consumer buying behaviors, and category management in the CPG sector
  • Proficient with PRGM (Profit & Revenue Growth Management)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in market trend analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead conversations for both internal teams and external partners
  • A bias toward action, especially within a lean team and fast-paced environment
  • Passion for the creator / social media space
  • International Business Experience a plus
