Job Title: SVP Marketing - Ad Technology

As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing and Communications, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to drive brand awareness, differentiation, and growth for the company. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Bring customer centric, strategic marketing leadership to this fast-paced technical environment.
Team leadership and Management: developing and empowering team members to reach their full potential. Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Branding: Maintenance and evolution of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Product Marketing: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
Communications: Lead the development of integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with company objectives, target audience insights, and industry trends.
PR: Lead media relations efforts, including managing relationships with press, influencers, and industry partners, to generate positive coverage and enhance brand reputation.
Demand Generation: Drive marketing initiatives across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Events Marketing: Develop and execute an events strategy to engage target audiences, drive leads into the sales funnel and enhance thought leadership in the industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Expertise in AdTech marketing is required
Demonstrated success in leading marketing and communication teams, with a track record of driving bottom line revenue growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Hands on experience in Product Marketing, developing messaging and positioning as well as Sales Enablement.
Demonstrated success marketing to both Publishers and Brands.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
Strong Leadership and people management of marketing teams of 10+.
Knowledge of the digital media landscape, including trends, technologies, and best practices, with a strong interest in staying abreast of industry developments.
Travel:
40% of time meeting with team and for events
Target Base Salary: $265-290k + bonus
