startups, focusing on deals from $10 million to multi-billion (we are industry-agnostic). Our team is adept at structuring diverse financing solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. Our core business
model is brokering and negotiating financing structures for both operating companies, and start-ups, internationally. We will look at any industry in most markets.
Robinson and Co. is a growing investment bank looking to expand with the onboarding of multiple (“SVPs”) for the 2024 year. We are seeking individuals who possess the desire to work remotely, using tools and support provided by Robinson and Co., and embody our core values of aggression, industriousness, speed, ownership and open-mindedness. We seek those that have done it and are successful. Outside of commissions earned from deal-making, discretionary annual bonuses will be paid out to everyone in the firm based on performance. ( this is a 100% commission-only role)
The SVP will be eligible to retain 100% of the first $50,000 of their first commission by having
a signed deal within their first 7 weeks and hiring 1 RM-Relationship Manager within their first 4 weeks.
The SVP will manage 20-30 RMs as they build out a team and earn their split on every deal brought in by their team.
This is NOT an employment offer but a "full commission, non-salaried" position with no caps on your income.

Responsibilities:
● Deal Management and Execution: Receive and execute deals, converse and negotiate
with capital sources, and expand relationships.
● Recruitment, Retention, and Growth of Team: Set performance expectations, ensure
high retention rates, and facilitate professional growth.
● Team Management and Leadership: Foster a collaborative culture and monitor team
performance.
● Fee and Structure Oversight: Understand and apply the fee structure and make
decisions on debt, equity, etc.
● Reporting and Communication: Maintain regular communication with the Managing Director.
● Revenue Generation: Negotiate compensation with bankers, earn commissions, and
optimize revenue.

Qualifications:
● Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services.
● Strong leadership and management skills.
● Understanding of banking, financial markets, and deal structuring.
● Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
