The Role

Seeking a focused, passionate and high-energy leader who is excited about the opportunity to directly impact the sales organization and help shape strategy. This role is responsible for training, coaching, and mentorship of their team.  This position will be involved in establishing execution, opening and ground break quotas for all sales directors for their segment. This position will assist in building relationships with key clients during the sales process.  Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, collaboration with corporate, forecasting executions/openings, communication of corporate initiatives to their field teams.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
Required Qualifications/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic certification with at least 7 years of relevant and direct sales experience.
  • A least 5 years of experience managing a franchise sales organization.
