My client is a Global Leader in the Payments and Remittance space; connecting Emerging Markets such as Africa to the Global Economy. Both Businesses and Consumers can send and receive payments as well as access a plethora of Marketplaces - making finance easy!

They are looking for an SVP, FP&A to come in and shape the Financial Strategy / Management / Planning for the global business! You will build the processes and systems, as well as create your own world class team.

Roles and Responsibilities;

• Design and align financial performance management and planning activities with the strategic objectives of the organization
• Build engagement models with other departments such as sales, product, engineering, marketing; integrating financial insights into decision-making processes across the organization
• Build processes and infrastructure that leverage advanced data analytics and integrate data from various sources across the organization to provide insight into financial performance
• Build a high-impact team that can grow their skills and experience as the company grows and expands globally

Requirements;

• 15-20 years of progressive experience in financial planning, data analytics, strategy, and reporting roles
• Experience owning the FP&A function within the high-growth Tech business; preferably in FinTech and/or Payments
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing financial planning processes and financial modeling
• Proven expertise in financial performance management, strategic financial analysis, business partnering, and driving business decisions with data-driven insights
