Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Development to spearhead multifamily projects throughout the Florida market. This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the multifamily sector, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to drive complex developments from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to identify and capitalize on new development opportunities.
• Manage project budgets, financial models, and risk assessments to optimize profitability.
• Lead and oversee all phases of multifamily development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for site acquisition, project design, entitlement, construction, and lease-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams, architects, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with city officials, community leaders, and industry partners.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of development professionals.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in multifamily acquisition and development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and financial analysis tools.
  
  

Compensation

$275,000 - $320,000 Base + Bonus + LTI

Relocation is available for US Residents looking to relocate to the Miami area.
