We are seeking a diligent and experienced Surgery Center Administrator to oversee the efficient operation of our surgery center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all administrative and operational functions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining a safe and productive environment for patients and staff. The Surgery Center Administrator will also be in charge of financial management, staff supervision, and fostering positive relationships with healthcare professionals and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the surgery center to ensure efficient and effective functioning
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and record keeping
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
Implement and maintain policies and procedures to enhance the quality of patient care and safety
Coordinate with healthcare professionals, staff, and external vendors to maintain a smoothly running facility
Handle financial management, including budgeting, billing, and expense control
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in a healthcare administrative role, preferably in a surgical center or hospital setting
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with healthcare professionals, staff, and patients
Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Certification in healthcare administration or related field is a plus
