Supreme Court Justice Rebecca G. Bradley is currently accepting applications for a full time law clerk to serve a one-year term beginning August 1, 2025. This position requires exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills. Applicants with law review and/or moot court experience are encouraged to apply. Attorneys with experience in private practice, public service, or public interest law firms are also encouraged to apply.
LOCATION: Madison, Wisconsin
SALARY: Starting salary will be in the range of $74,972 - $122,198 annually, depending upon the experience of the applicant, with a State of Wisconsin benefits package.
Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, writing sample, and two letters of recommendation to matthew.martin@wicourts.gov. The writing sample should be no longer than 15 pages and should contain substantive legal analysis. Letters of recommendation need not accompany the application materials and may be sent separately.
