Support Specialist

Beacon Hill has partnered with a prominent mobility technology retailer to identify a Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. They will work directly with nationally contracted clients, handling inquiries and troubleshooting equipment issues with precision and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to calls and emails from major clients, addressing technical issues related to equipment, such as tablets and other mobility devices.
  • Utilize client-specific process documents and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Employ a customer-centric approach and critical thinking skills to problem-solve and bring issues to resolution with a white glove level of care

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience with office systems and data entry
  • 1+ year of experience serving and working with clients in a professional setting, call center or phone based customer service
  • Experience working with process documents, according to service level agreements
  • Must have the ability to remotely support customers via phone, email and web based ticketing system.
  • Any technical education or entry level experience in desktop support would be beneficial
