What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with Supply Chain leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance our supply chain efficiency and resilience.
Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to analyze supply chain data and create actionable insights for leadership, enhancing decision-making processes.
Inventory Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize inventory levels across our global supply chain, ensuring alignment with customer demand and operational goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Operations, Finance, and Commercial departments to align supply planning with business objectives and growth initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within supply planning processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What You'll Bring
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or related roles, ideally in consumer electronics or similar industries.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in supply chain management tools and software.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
