Responsibilities
As a Supply Planner/Buyer, you will play a crucial role in the global supply chain of a diverse range of products including cosmetics, supplements, apparel, and services. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the planning and replenishment of products across international markets.
Overseeing purchase order activities while adhering to transportation and inventory budgets.
Collaborating with Inventory Planning to set inventory targets and ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) execution.
Monitoring vendor performance through scheduled reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Working closely with cross-functional teams including demand planning, logistics, and internal stakeholders to meet sales and operations planning (S&OP) goals.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Ensuring vendor capacity aligns with company requirements and standards.
Abilities: Decision Making, Leadership, Adaptability, Attention to Detail, Collaboration
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; or equivalent experience in supply chain roles.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in supply chain management, procurement, or inventory planning. Proven success in vendor management and S&OP processes.
