Responsibilities
As a Supply Planner/Buyer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of cosmetic, supplement, apparel, and service products globally. You'll manage purchase orders across various product lines, keeping within transportation and inventory budgets. Collaborating closely with Inventory Planning, you'll set and achieve inventory targets and ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery. You'll lead vendor performance reviews to drive continuous improvement and work cross-functionally with demand planning, logistics, and internal stakeholders to meet sales and operational planning (S&OP) goals. Your role will involve close coordination with vendors to align capacity with company needs, fostering strong relationships to optimize supply chain efficiency.
Abilities: Decision Making, Leadership, Adaptability, Attention to Detail, Collaboration
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; relevant experience may substitute formal education
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in supply chain management, procurement, or inventory planning; proven success in vendor management and S&OP processes
