Position Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Support Specialist (Remote). In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our operations, ensuring the seamless flow of products and services to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for our stores, ensuring accuracy and quality in orders and transfers.
Handle inbound calls and emails from store locations, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Collaborate closely with distribution centers to resolve issues related to inventory, shipment status, and quality assurance.
Report and escalate service failures to management, working diligently towards swift resolution.
Maintain superior levels of customer service, exceeding expectations with every interaction.
Meet or exceed performance metrics including productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred.
Strong communication skills essential for effectively liaising with multiple stakeholders.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
