Overview

The Supervisor Supply Chain 2 provides assistance by managing the activities of the supply chain operations. Responsibilities entail accountability based on measurable cost-effective results for the substance, efficiency, productivity, and quality.

What To Expect

  • Provide day-to-day oversight of the supply chain operations within a single unit or a multiple site department.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, counseling and continuing education to staff. Select, develop, coach, mentor, and assess performance of staff.
  • Oversee the department's safety and quality standards for staff and department technical responsibilities.
  • Makes recommendations and assist with developing operational policies and procedures for the department.
  • Assists with preparation and monitoring of departmental budget.
  • Oversee daily operations of a team of moderate to highly skilled support staff.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience: 3 years relevant experience
