Our team is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join the Drilling and Completions team of a global leader in exploration and production in the Houston, TX area.

This role will be responsible for supporting an Onshore oil and gas team in acquiring materials, equipment and services; assisting in sourcing activities, contract management efforts and team collaboration to ensure project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in onboarding and training of new suppliers to enable electronic invoice submissions.
• Assist with master data entry of new suppliers into SAP and make changes to existing supplier records.
• Proficiency of SAP and Ariba is necessary to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues related to invoice submissions from vendors.
• Resolve invoice disputes.
• Run reports, analyze vendor accounts, identify trends, etc.
• Assist with reconciliation of goods receipts and invoice processing.
• Support requests for review and issuance of contracts, PO's, work orders.
• Support other Procurement activities as required.

Requirements:

• High School diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Technical field highly preferred.
• 3 to 5 years' Oil and gas experience required.
• 3 to 5 years' experience support P.O. lifecycle activities
• 3+ years' SAP Ariba experience is mandatory.
• MS Office Suite experience required
