Responsibilities:

Inventory Management and Tracking:

  • Oversee stock levels across diQerent locations
  • Reconcile discrepancies and ensure adequate inventory levels to meet demand
  • Inventory Data Management and Details:
  • Share inventory details with the bookkeeper, utilizing Google Sheets/Excel
  • Maintain accuracy in PO and shipment tracking spreadsheets

Order Processing and Vendor Communication:

  • Manage purchase orders and track deliveries
  • Coordinate with vendors and freight forwarders for timely shipments and payments

Shipment Documentation and Tracking:

  • Organize shipping documents such as packing lists and bills of lading
  • Ensure shipments are tracked until delivery

Product Testing and Compliance Management:

  • Keep track of testing protocols and ensure products meet regulatory requirements
  • Maintain compliance documentation

Inventory Forecasting and Planning:

  • Utilize historical data, customer forecasts, and market trends to forecast demand
  • Plan inventory levels accordingly

New Product Launches:

  • Manage the introduction of new products
  • Update product specifications, UPC codes, weights, and dimensions

Additional Requirements:

  • Moderate basic knowledge and understanding of Google Sheets/Excel, Seller

Central/Amazon, and Google Drive.

  • Experience working in a startup environment, with the ability to create processes

and contribute to strategic business planning.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work eQectively in a dynamic

environment.
