Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or Production Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 years of Aerospace industry and Manufacturing environment experience
Travel occasionally, approximately once per quarter.
Updating all projects in Excel (Macros)
SAP – for buying parts
Tracking and project organization
Manufacturing, supply chain, or procurement experience

This position contributes to our vision by:
Coordinate, track and provide status of performance to program plan.
Investigation, resolution, and communication of issues that can affect program plan.
Performs program staffing capacity analysis.
Responsible for program/project schedule integration of engineering tasks.
Supports compliance to Engineering commitments.
Perform assigned tasks meeting the organization's expectations for quality, schedule and process compliance.
Identifies the need for enhanced processes, methods, and tools and provides solutions.
Applies program technical requirements to work requirements, processes, and tasks.
Develops solutions to problems, which require ingenuity and innovation.
