Overview: Sweetgreen is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Program Coordinator to support the Department Program Manager in executing tactical supply chain activities. This role will focus on ensuring documentation, records, samples, and compliance are in place, as well as coordinating among internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be eager to take on any task, demonstrating a can-do attitude and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Responsibilities

  • Coordination and Communication:
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Handle correspondence with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and streamline operations.
    • Support the Department Program Manager and supply chain leaders in managing event logistics, including meetings, supplier visits, and trade shows.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Ensure all supply chain documentation, including contracts, records, and compliance certifications, are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Manage the collection and organization of samples for quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
    • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of compliance reports and records.
  • Logistics and Inventory Management:
    • Coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
    • Monitor shipping schedules and address any logistical challenges that arise.
    • Assist in managing inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Department Program Manager.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supply chain activities and performance metrics.
  • Support for Supply Chain Functions:
    • Collaborate with sourcing, demand management, quality assurance, and sustainability teams to support comprehensive supply chain operations.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain processes and best practices.
    • Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to project initiatives as needed.
  • Event Management and Correspondence:
    • Organize and coordinate supply chain events, including supplier meetings, internal briefings, and trade shows.
    • Manage all related correspondence to ensure clear communication and follow-up actions.
Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
    • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present findings.
  • Sustainability Focus:
    • Understanding of sustainable supply chain practices and a commitment to promoting sustainability.
  • Organizational and Analytical Skills:
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Travel:
    • Willingness to travel as required to support supply chain operations and supplier engagements.

Salary Range For This Role

Starting salary range based on experience

$50,000—$65,000 USD
