Join a dynamic team as a Supply Chain Planner supporting operational excellence in the supply chain. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing Inventory and Production Planning processes, ensuring seamless coordination across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret inventory data to drive informed decisions.
Provide strategic recommendations for optimizing inventory levels and production targets across different planning timelines.
Facilitate regular planning meetings with operational teams to meet service metrics and inventory goals.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across inventory, transportation, warehousing, and production units.
Analyze and coordinate supply adjustments to mitigate risks and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Assist in the monthly Sales, Operations, and Inventory Planning (SOIP) process, including capacity planning and production target setting.
Support seasonal management of inventory storage locations, ensuring efficient onboarding and maintenance processes.
Collaborate on backlog reconciliation and compliance tracking initiatives.
Contribute to special projects focused on inventory optimization and operational efficiency.
Key Competencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Strong understanding of inventory management and capacity planning.
Basic knowledge of transportation and demand planning concepts.
Familiarity with operational cost strategies is advantageous.
Previous experience in supply chain management or related fields preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Roles Preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, Lean/Six Sigma) are a plus.
Work Environment
Initial onboarding may involve up to 20% in-person presence, transitioning to 80% remote work.
Flexibility to participate in off-hours conference calls occasionally, accommodating multiple time zones.
Ability to maintain focus during extended screen time and sit for extended periods.
Travel
Up to 15% travel required based on project needs and business demands.
