The team is a planning team within Aruna Azog in which they plan competence for and rack demand that is generated within the CSCP team. Planning of components and then working with the sourcing managers to ensure they have supply for these components and everything. Looking for someone to help with daily tasks and working data since there will be some analytics involved.
Job Responsibilities
Compile weekly demand/supply data
Analyze demand/supply data to identify any shortage or excess
Triangulate and reconcile data
Create and maintain data reporting/metrics using visualize data in Power BI
Building Power BI by extracting data from multiple databases using SQL
Run "what if" scenario models using Excel or other tools
Setup/coordinate discussions and reviews with stakeholders
Document meeting minutes and action items and follow up with owners for closure
Identify and document process or tool improvements
Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
5-7 years of Supply Chain experience
Proficient with MS Excel, Pivot tables, Power Pivot, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SQL
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
