Job Title: Supply Chain or Procurement Analyst

Job Duration: 12 months Contract on W2

Job Location: REMOTE

Note: US Citizen required for this position

Job Description

  • Provide requisitioning services for non-product (Software, Hardware & Services) purchases.
  • Provide guidance and follow up to internal customers.
  • Review all requests for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate documentation and or approvals.
  • Work closely with other requisitions on the team to manage volume and to ensure orders are placed timely.

How Will The Contractor’s Success Be Measured

  • Ability to place requisitions that have correct codes, documentation, and approvals.
  • Culture (Will this contractor be working in a collaborative team environment or as an independent contributor?): Both
  • Desired Skill Sets: Knowledge of SAP, Knowledge of Procurement/Requisitioning activities
  • Required Skill Sets: Proficient in MS Office, Attention to detail, High level of accuracy, Ability to work independently once trained, Ability to self-manage workload and prioritize tasks
  • Education Level Required: Associate degree
  • Years of Experience Required: 1-2
