What You'll Do
Forecasting & Procurement
Own the forecast for our 300-SKU catalog.
Maintain healthy inventory levels across all products.
Ensure smooth delivery from workshops to warehouses.
Support e-commerce, retail, distributor, and international plans with accurate forecasts.
Provide weekly inventory reports covering on-hand, on-order, ETAs, movers & shakers, and more.
Manage supply chain-related costs.
Supply-Chain Management
Handle all supply-chain communications and maintain excellent relationships.
Improve lead times and reduce risks across the supply chain.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
Support retail expansion and product development.
Manage cost and terms negotiations.
Quality Control
Oversee quality assurance for each purchase order.
Monitor and analyze defect rates from customer feedback.
Develop dynamic processes to continuously improve quality control.
Operations
Manage relationships and operations with our 3PL partner.
Ensure seamless integration between 3PL and Shopify.
Resolve any issues with 3PL as needed.
Drive operational efficiencies and reduce lead times.
Create and enforce organizational standards across the business.
What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, sourcing, etc.
5+ years of experience building reports in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
3+ years of experience working with international suppliers.
3+ years supporting e-commerce supply chains.
3+ years supporting retail distribution, EDI, etc.
3+ years building and optimizing forecasts.
3+ years of experience managing 3PLs and their Shopify integration.
