Role Overview
We're seeking an analytical and data-driven Supply Chain & Operations Manager to fuel our growth and drive efficiency across our operations. This fully remote role offers unlimited potential for advancement and the opportunity to collaborate closely with our visionary founders.
Responsibilities
Forecasting & Procurement: Lead forecasting efforts for our diverse product catalog, ensuring optimal inventory levels across all channels. Manage procurement and oversee seamless delivery from production to distribution.
Supply Chain Management: Own all supply chain communications, fostering strong relationships with international partners. Streamline processes to enhance lead times and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Quality Control: Oversee quality assurance processes to maintain our high standards. Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and defect analysis.
Operations: Manage operations with our 3PL partner and ensure smooth integration with Shopify. Drive efficiencies, reduce lead times, and establish robust organizational standards.
