Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including purchasing, inventory management, vendor selection, and distribution of finished goods.
Ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders to both direct-to-consumer and retail partners like Ulta Beauty & Credo Beauty.
Foster strong partnerships with our 3PL warehouse team to optimize shipping and receiving processes.
Collaborate closely with Ulta Beauty's Supply Chain Team to fulfill purchase orders efficiently and uphold compliance standards.
Maintain seamless ERP interfaces via EDI for smooth order processing and proactive error resolution.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings across operations.
Oversee inventory management, including accuracy, slow-moving inventory, and cost efficiencies.
Manage procurement processes to streamline inbound and outbound logistics while focusing on cost-effective solutions.
Compensation And Benefits
Competitive hourly rate of $30 to $35.

Qualifications
5+ years of operations experience in the beauty, skincare, or haircare industry.
Experience working with major retailers like Ulta Beauty, Sephora, Target, or Macy's is essential.
Familiarity with EDI programs such as SPS, OpenText, and PIM Portal.
Working Conditions
Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
Part-time role (up to 20 hours per week), fully remote.
Flexible hours with potential weekend availability during peak periods.
No travel required; occasional overtime may be needed during new product launches.
