Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory management, vendor selection, and distribution of finished goods.
Ensure timely and complete shipments to both direct-to-consumer and retail partners like major beauty retailers.
Manage relationships with our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse team to ensure efficient shipping and receiving processes.
Collaborate closely with retail partners to fulfill purchase orders on time and in compliance with their policies.
Maintain smooth operations through ERP systems, managing interfaces for seamless order processing and resolution of any discrepancies.
Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
Responsible for inventory management, including counts, accuracy, and cost efficiencies.
Coordinate procurement processes and optimize freight logistics to minimize costs.
Qualifications
5+ years of operations experience in the beauty, skincare, or haircare industry.
Experience working with major retailers like Ulta Beauty, Sephora, Target, or similar.
Familiarity with EDI programs such as SPS, OpenText, or PIM Portal.
Highly organized with strong communication skills.
Working Conditions
Hours: Part-time, Monday through Friday (up to 20 hours per week).
Flexibility: Occasional weekend work during peak seasons may be required, with compensatory weekdays.
Work Environment: Fully remote; self-starter mentality essential.
Travel: No travel required; on-call responsibilities during product launches communicated in advance.
Compensation And Benefits
Competitive hourly rate: $30 to $35 per hour.
Benefits include 15 days of paid vacation, holidays, and sick days.
