About The Role

As a Supply Chain Master Data Analyst, the primary responsibility of this role is to review and analyze proposed changes and additions related to supply chain master data. The goal is to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient processes within the designated systems.


The Supply Chain Master Data Analyst will collaborate cross-functionally with teams including R&D, Procurement, and Planning to facilitate accurate decision-making in support of the company's expanding portfolio. Additionally, working alongside the Master Data Manager, you will contribute to enhancing the data enrichment process.

Responsibilities

Data Review and Analysis:

  • Evaluate proposed changes to supply chain master data, including BOMs and components.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate data updates.


Data Management in Designated System:

  • Manage supply chain master data within the designated system.
  • Maintain accurate records of BOMs, components, and pricing.
  • Ensure data consistency throughout the system.


Training and Communication:

  • Provide training to internal associates on supply chain data standards, processes, and tools.
  • Manage the supply chain data dictionary related to BOM and Components.
  • Promote understanding of data management best practices.


Investigation of Supply Chain Accounts:

  • Research and update records related to BOMs and components.
  • Understand partnership functionality within supply chain accounts.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address data-related inquiries.


Collaboration with Master Data Manager:

  • Work closely with the Master Data Manager to enhance data quality.
  • Implement best practices for data enrichment.
  • Explore innovative strategies to improve supply chain data.


Data Consistency and Integrity:

  • Coordinate master data requirements across supply chain teams.
  • Implement data quality checks.
  • Maintain data integrity organization-wide.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain data (Bill of Materials) management/governance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other intermediate functions.
  • Strong research and follow-up skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced growth environment, balancing urgency and quality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Consistent application of policies and standards.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
  • Ownership mindset and commitment to deliver on commitments.
  • Willingness to challenge existing processes for resource optimization and success.
  • Strong teamwork approach and ability to influence positive outcomes.
  • NetSuite ERP experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with other master data related systems (CRM, PIM, DAM, etc.) preferred.
  • SQL and/or Power BI experience is a plus.
