We are seeking a skilled and proactive Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key player, you will leverage your expertise in raw materials and external processing within a manufacturing environment. Your focus will span sourcing, procurement, and project management, ensuring optimal inventory levels that meet our high standards of cost, quality, and delivery.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
Cultivate long-term relationships with suppliers, ensuring adherence to performance targets.
Stay abreast of environmental policies and regulatory changes affecting supply chain operations.
Analyze market trends to identify risks and opportunities, driving informed decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline material procurement and contract strategies.
Conduct regular audits to evaluate supplier performance and capability.
Negotiate favorable pricing and contractual terms with suppliers.
Maintain and report supplier scorecards to monitor performance metrics.
Mitigate supply chain risks and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Align demand forecasts with supply capabilities to preempt potential disruptions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning through execution.
Foster collaboration across departments including Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and more.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Industrial or Materials Engineering; or equivalent practical experience.
MBA Preferred, Coupled With Significant Experience In Manufacturing Sourcing.
CPIM or CSCP certification desirable.
Experience In Aerospace, Defense, Or Semiconductor Industries Preferred.
Expertise in sourcing raw materials, metals, machining, and outsourced services.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in leadership and project management.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in advanced analytics tools and data visualization.
