Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager who thrives on strategic leadership and operational excellence. In this role, you'll lead our supply chain team, driving efficiency and innovation across our operations.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and agility.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Set clear goals aligned with organizational priorities.
Bill Of Materials (BOM) Management
Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of product BOMs.
Ensure accuracy through regular audits and cross-functional collaboration.
Implement best practices to streamline workflows.
Inventory Planning And Optimization
Develop strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize costs while ensuring product availability.
Utilize advanced forecasting techniques for accurate demand planning.
Drive initiatives to improve inventory turnover and reduce obsolete stock.
Production Planning And Scheduling
Collaborate with production teams to develop optimized schedules aligned with demand forecasts.
Implement processes to minimize lead times and enhance efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement in production planning practices.
Performance Monitoring And Reporting
Establish KPIs to measure supply chain performance.
Monitor departmental performance, analyze trends, and identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare insightful reports for senior management.
Team Development And Mentoring
Build a high-performing team through coaching and professional development.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
Identify talent gaps and implement training initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years in supply chain management with expertise in BOM management and optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
