Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives aligned with company objectives.
Manage and enhance supply chain processes, including RFQ analysis and vendor proposal evaluations, to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
Partner with engineering and planning teams to coordinate the outsourcing of machined parts.
Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
Utilize advanced supply chain management tools to monitor vendor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance to forecast demand and ensure supply readiness.
Ensure compliance with import and regulatory requirements, maintaining ethical standards in all supply chain operations.
Evaluate supplier performance and qualify new vendors as needed.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of procurement/purchasing experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven ability in change management and optimizing supply chain processes.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building positive vendor relationships.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver under pressure.
