Role Overview
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will orchestrate and oversee all facets of our supply chain activities. Collaborating closely with various departments, you'll optimize resource allocation and enhance efficiency throughout our production and distribution processes.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and secure necessary resources for a streamlined supply chain.
Define and implement performance metrics to measure supply chain effectiveness.
Maintain comprehensive inventories of materials across our facilities to support efficient production.
Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to boost operational efficiency and profitability.
Develop and enforce policies that drive efficiency while upholding quality and safety standards.
Identify optimal transportation routes and manage warehousing logistics.
Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers and vendors to optimize costs.
Partner with product development teams to ensure seamless transitions during engineering changes and new product launches.
Evaluate supplier performance and onboard new suppliers as needed to meet quality and delivery requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong Leadership Abilities With Experience In Team Management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
