From product conception to the doorstep of customers – we specialize in laying down the foundation of a brand’s business and executing their ideas, so they can focus on their number one priority – growth. We support brands across all operational functionalities, including inventory strategy, vendor management, production flow management, retail order operations, and DTC and B2B fulfillment. In short, we help brands make, ship, and sell their products.

We are based in Brooklyn, NY. This role will be hybrid. Occasional travel may be expected.
Role Description
Hae CPG is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to support an exciting new stage of the company and a fast-growing client roster of CPG brands.
The Supply Chain Manager will directly support the Founder/CEO and oversee key client relationships and spearhead day-to-day supply chain and order fulfillment flows. They will collaborate with the Founder/CEO and Lead Ops team across to support key client work flows across retail fulfillment, freight/transportation and logistics, supply chain, inventory flow and allocation, vendor management, and inventory strategy.
You must be both a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a team player that is willing to roll up your sleeves believing that ‘no task is too big or too small. The role requires exceptional business acumen and analytical abilities, as well as excellent communication and relationship building skills. You must be flexible and quickly adaptable, as the needs of the business can quickly evolve.
Responsibilities
You will fill a pivotal role as we prepare for the next stage of the business and scale. You will work directly with our Founder + CEO to support our roster of clients and Hae CPG’s key growth initiatives. Core responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with Hae CPG team to support day-to-day operational flows of client workflows across supply chain, retail fulfillment, logistics and freight/transportation, inventory, reporting and planning
Cultivate relationships with brand teams, vendors, retail partners, supply chain partner; ensure timely correspondence with all stakeholders
Create, organize, and update client documentation and reporting, SOPs and internal templates
Ensure timely and accurate shipping for each client’s retail purchase orders across all retail channels and supporting platforms, including: EDI, 3PL WMS’s, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, etc. and as per each retailer's routing guidelines
Review and report chargebacks; investigate and dispute charges with retailers as needed
Manage operational software and integrations across ERP, retail, warehouse management, inventory, middleware systems to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely transmissions; troubleshoot as needed
Owns, executes and manages reporting across sales, inventory, B2B, RTVs, EOM reconciliation for key clients
Oversee relationship with and correspond with 3PL partners to ensure timely shipping and delivery of e-commerce and retail orders and oversee specialty value-added services and projects
Coordinate transportation and delivery of finished goods, components, shipping materials ; Ensure proper documentation and tracking of domestic and international transportation
Oversee client PO and production timelines, work with vendors to ensure timely completion of active POs; record and track production statuses; Coordinate with stakeholders to align supply chain activities with the demand forecast
Support training and management of Operations Associates
Requirements
At least 4+ years in retail/CPG industry, preferably within an operational function at a startup business, experience in retail fulfillment a plus
Strong proficiency with data, highly analytical and detail-oriented, comfortable with data formatting, manipulation and analysis
Proficiency in retail math a plus
Both a dynamic self-starter and a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to self-manage and work independently without handholding
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multi-task – must be able to keep up with multiple clients, emails, timelines, launches, purchase orders simultaneously and with accuracy and timeliness
The ability to blend creativity and data to strategize the best, efficient, innovative outcomes
An agile, resourceful problem solver that can adapt within a constantly evolving business
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new circumstances without sacrificing attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and prioritizes relationship building with both internal team and clients

Competency in Microsoft platforms (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), Google platforms, project management tools and the ability to quickly master and implement new applications and systems
Experience working with big box, mass, specialty, boutique retailers; understands routing guides and retail order fulfillment flows
