The TRG Growth Practice is partnering with a national leader in the Consumer Products industry to find a Regional Materials Manager to join their organization to help optimize processes and efficiency throughout multiple locations in the Midwest Region.

Sitting in the Greater Milwaukee area, this role will execute initiatives at both the site level and network wide through their Supply Chain Optimization Group. From analytics to execution this role will be highly collaborative and drive effectiveness company wide.

We need a high energy, driven leader that wants to come in and solve problems – with an organization committed to growth and stability for their employees!

Desired Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Experience in Supply Chain Management (Materials, Inventory Control, ERP Systems)
• Process Improvement Skills
• A strong “sense of urgency” to solve problems and drive change
