Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for functions including, purchasing, customer service, scheduling and warehousing.

Customer Service

• Personnel Management: 2 employees
• Drive order receipt and acknowledgement process
• Align schedule attainment process with customer commitments
• Report and improve upon customer On-Time Delivery satisfaction
• Communicate escalation topics to sales account management team

Scheduling

• Personnel Management: 1 employee
• Forecasting
• Ensuring all customer provided forecasting is entered into ERP system accurately and timely.
• Daily order attainment
• Daily review of production orders to ensure completion by committed date.
• Weekly Planning
• Operational planning of the production flow, monitoring of production orders and schedules.

Purchasing

• Resin contracts & terms
• Responsible for sourcing goals of the Germantown Manufacturing facility and implement action items to ensure that goals are achieved.
• Negotiate with key suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and payment terms.
• Manage and/or establish processes for inventory management (i.e. cycle counting) and supervise the physical inventory
• Manage and monitor material ordering to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Review, manage, and maintain appropriate raw material and finished goods inventory levels.

Compliance

• Accountable for site management system to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Responsible for regulatory compliance, i.e. USMCA, Conflict Minerals.
• Manage relationship with sub-suppliers.
• Review and negotiate competitive pricing and payment terms with all sub-suppliers.

Warehouse

• Personnel management
• Coach, train, and develop shipping and receiving personnel. Ensure shipping compliance with customer requirements.
• Manage Shipping and Receiving functions for the Plant.
