Supply Chain Manager

Salary: 120,000/YR + Bonus

On-Site/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid, 2 days a week in office, 3 from home

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the supply chain and logistics teams, providing strategic guidance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, international supply chain teams, and business development to ensure uninterrupted supply and minimize production disruptions for all customers.
• Supervise physical inventory and cycle count processes, collaborating with the warehouse manager to optimize warehouse operations.
• Update and refine procedures, instructions, and tools related to inventory control.
• Implement new processes and enhance existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings with customers and team members.
• Communicate quarterly pricing updates to all customers.
• Compile monthly spreadsheets, including a thorough sales audit to ensure accuracy in invoicing and pricing across all customers.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for team members and provide feedback to HR and leadership on individual performance.

Key skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing a team or direct reports.
• Proficient in analysis, data collection, process flow creation, and SOP development.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with NetSuite is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Driven, self-managed, and results-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Preferably experienced in demand planning and forecasting.
