Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain to key retail customers, supporting customer needs, and ensuring efficient merchandise flow. This role requires strong analytical skills, extensive collaboration and communication with various stakeholders, and a deep understanding of retail processes and systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead supply chain and logistics teams, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, international supply chain, and business development to maintain supply continuity and minimize disruptions.
  • Supervise inventory processes and improve warehouse efficiency.
  • Update inventory control procedures and implement new SOPs.
  • Coordinate customer meetings and distribute pricing updates.
  • Perform annual team member reviews and provide feedback to HR.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of supply chain, procurement, or operations experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in demand planning and forecasting beneficial.
