Job purpose - To develop, lead and manage all commercial activities ( Export/ import , Purchase, Store, Excise , Logistic) of the business

• Vendor development & Management
• Procurement & Pricing and Market Trend analysis
• Inventory Management
• Warehouse and Material Management
• Customs & Excise Procedures & Compliances

INTERACTIONS

Internal interactions with Export Marketing, Production, Excise & Accounts Department.

External interactions with Customs, Freight Forwarders, Transporters, Inspection Agencies and Chartered Engineer etc.

Technical And Behavioral Skills

Knoweldge of Import/ export documentation , processes and procedures

Knoweldge of custom Excise and duties, foreign trade polices

Knoweldge of Market and pricing trend analysis of procurement of the material

Ability to demonstrate customer service orientation both for external and internal customers

Ability to foster team work ( Functional and CFT) at a systemic level in the organization

Display sense of accountability and ownership of work and go beyond to achieve desired result

Ability to tackle problem by using logical, systematic and sequential approach

Ability to understand organization strengths and weaknesses a and contributes to shape vision in the light of current and upcoming market realities

Ability to access customer need and able to implement an innovative business deals to accomplish organizational Goal.

Ability to encourage others for change and facilitate the implementation and acceptance of change by coaching senior leaders and executives in fulfilling the role of change sponsors.

Ability to develop people for future roles though feedback, knowledge sharing , coaching and delegation
