Reporting to our Head of Operations, you’ll play a critical role helping to set and execute the Supply Chain strategy as the company continues to undergo high sales growth. Who you are:

You are a high-energy, highly motivated individual with over 4 years of supply chain and operations experience in the CPG industry, particularly in Food & Beverage. You excel in managing global teams, optimizing procurement strategies, and implementing effective SIOP/S&OP processes. Your strong business acumen, advanced Excel skills, and tech-savvy nature enable you to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement. With excellent people skills and a knack for building relationships, you thrive in entrepreneurial environments and are excited by the challenges of a rapidly growing company. Your process-oriented mindset and superior work ethic make you a valuable asset in driving Ketone-IQ's supply chain success.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, direct, manage, and lead a global Supply Chain team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Develop, implement, execute and maintain an effective and timely SIOP/S&OP process that helps achieve proper production & inventory targets and supports continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular meetings with co-mans to align on production planning and scheduling. Keep the internal team updated on production schedule and the implications of any shifts in timing
  • Monitor and analyze the cost of materials and components industry-wide, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and optimizing procurement strategies
  • Evaluate and implement appropriate supply chain technology, software, and systems to drive efficiency and best practices
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key Supply Chain partners including co-mans, 3pl’s, and key suppliers. Negotiate favorable business terms and pricing to ensure we maintain a world class Supply Chain
  • Own Supply Chain’s Month’s End deliverables, working closely with Finance to provide timely, accurate information to close the books on time
  • Cost Optimization: Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives within the supply chain without compromising quality, efficiency, or sustainability, and manage the supply chain budget effectively
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures are in place for the Supply Chain team. Make every decision through a viewpoint of how those dollars will grow and impact the business

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Supply Chain & Operations experience in the CPG industry, with a strong understanding of Retail and DTC supply chains, preferably in Food & Beverage
  • Proven team management experience, including managing multiple direct reports in a global setting
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with limited supervision, demonstrating a self-starting attitude and superior work ethic
  • High business acumen, understanding the financial implications of decisions, and a strong grasp of supply chain finance, market dynamics, and competition
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with key supply chain partners
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other technologies, with the ability to create detailed analytical reports and identify system gaps for implementing effective solutions
  • Process-oriented mindset with the capability to identify issues, develop scalable processes, and implement them efficiently
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a willingness to tackle diverse tasks and ensure successful outcomes
  • Excitement for working in a rapidly growing company, comfortable with multitasking and adapting to changing priorities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, particularly in customer-facing roles
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and creative thinking
  • Curiosity and a strong desire to learn, innovate, and challenge existing norms
  • Familiarity with distributors like Kehe/UNFI and experience with grocery, convenience, and big-box retailers
  • Knowledge of supplement industry regulations is beneficial
  • Interest in ketones, fitness, and health optimization
