Your Mission:

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be the driving force behind the end-to-end supply chain management process. You will develop and execute innovative strategies that optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to our discerning customers in the aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven Leadership: A track record of successfully leading and motivating supply chain teams in complex environments.
• Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of supply chain management within the aerospace and/or defense industries, with a focus on electronic component manufacturing.
• Technical Proficiency: A BS degree in a related field, along with a strong understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and technologies.
• Strategic Vision: The ability to develop and implement innovative supply chain strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

What You'll Do:

• Supply Chain Strategy Management: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to optimize the end-to-end supply chain process.
• Supplier and Material Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
• S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
• Master Scheduling and Production Control: Develop and maintain production schedules that meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Inventory Management and Delivery Performance: Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize costs and maximize on-time delivery.
• Logistics and Warehousing: Oversee the efficient movement and storage of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to customers.
• New Product Support and Introduction: Collaborate with product development teams to ensure smooth new product launches and minimize supply chain disruptions.
• ITAR Compliance: Ensure compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and other applicable regulations.
• Fiscal Management: Manage the supply chain budget and financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities and maximizing profitability.
• Internal Communication and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment across business units and operations centers, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
• Policy, Procedure, and Process Administration: Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and processes that ensure efficient and effective supply chain operations.
• Organizational Development: Build and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing coaching, mentorship, and training opportunities.
• Performance Tracking and Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing innovative solutions to optimize supply chain processes.
