Supply Chain Manager

Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Marengo, IL, is hiring a full-time, permanent Supply Chain Manager.

Supply Chain Manager (Hybrid) - Marengo, IL

$85,000 - $120,000/Annually

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be able to be a key piece in many aspects of the business. In this highly critical role, you will be responsible for our supply chain aspect of the business which includes (but is not limited to) vendor sourcing, material planning, forecasting, logistics and inventory. This truly is a role that requires an individual who is eager to learn many different areas and has a desire to grow within the organization. This role requires someone to be a self-starter and good manager.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage, lead, and provide direction to the supply chain and logistics teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, international supply chain teams, and business development to ensure continuity of supply and minimize production disruptions for all customers.
• Supervise physical inventory and cycle count processes including cooperating with the warehouse manager to improve overall warehouse processes.
• Responsible for updating and improving procedures, instructions, and tools related to inventory control.
• Responsible for implementing new processes as well as improving upon existing SOPs.
• Coordinate and lead meetings with customers and other team members.
• Distribute and communicate quarterly pricing updates to all customers.
• Complete monthly spreadsheets including full monthly sales audit to ensure invoicing and pricing accuracy across all customers.
• Complete annual reviews for all team members and provide performance feedback to HR and leadership team regarding individual performance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations.
• 2+ years managing a team or direct reports.
• Strong competency in analysis, data collection, process flow creations, and SOPs.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Driven, self-managed, and results-oriented with a willingness to work in a team environment.
• Demand planning and forecasting experience.
