We are working with an established plastic extrusion company based in Vista, CA. They are recruiting for a Supply Chain Manager to join their team in return for pay in the range of $100,000- 130,000 per year along with excellent employment benefits which include Healthcare, Vision and Dental insurance, PTO and 401k match.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce overall costs.
• Collaborate with procurement to source materials and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
• Coordinate with logistics team to manage transportation and distribution of products.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to supply chain operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
