Role Overview
As a Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist I, you'll be integral to our operations, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners. Your role focuses on optimizing transportation logistics to guarantee efficient and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with various departments to manage rail and trucking services effectively.
Provide strategic routing recommendations and optimize carrier selection.
Monitor and analyze shipment volumes to maximize transport efficiency.
Utilize advanced logistics systems to track and manage shipments.
Address customer inquiries regarding shipment logistics and provide timely updates.
Ensure compliance with carrier requirements and contractual obligations.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across logistics processes.
Required Qualifications
