Supply Chain Intern (Onsite)

Team JAS, Inc. is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Intern to work alongside our supply chain purchasers and planners in their daily tasks. This internship offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Director of Supply Chain Operations on various projects, including updates to the quality system, vendor management, inventory management, and inventory & tooling cataloging.

What You Will Do:

• Perform data analysis to support supply chain decision-making
• Update ERP systems and catalog parts accurately
• Collaborate with the engineering quality team on manufacturing production processes
• Conduct physical inventory counts, adjustments, and analyses
• Maintain, update, and ensure compliance with the quality system
• Contact vendors for quality audits and updates
• Update and maintain vendor-related quality files
• Update manufacturing tooling records
• Support supplier relationship management efforts to ensure compliance and performance
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing supply chain efficiency
  
  

What We Need From You:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business administration, Logistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move 40LBS
• Familiarity with Microsoft suite. Outlook, Teams, Excel
  
  

Estimated Hours:

• 15Hours Per Week
• This is an onsite position and is not remote
