What You'll Tackle
Leadership and Management:
Oversee supply chain operations across our Atlanta (60%) and Irvine (40%) warehouses.
Lead a team of Warehouse Managers, Supervisors, and Associates across both sites.
Manage the Customer Service Department, including a Customer Service Manager in Irvine, a remote representative in Tennessee, and two representatives in Irvine.
Act as a coach and mentor, developing team skills and driving performance improvements.
Strategic Planning And Execution
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
Optimize inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes to meet customer demands effectively.
Ensure alignment of supply chain operations with overall business objectives.
Operational Excellence
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements and report on supply chain performance.
ERP And Technology
Leverage ERP systems (SAP preferred, but Oracle, SAGE, or other ERP super user experience acceptable) to enhance supply chain operations.
Lead the integration and optimization of supply chain technology solutions.
Collaboration And Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for supply chain initiatives.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to drive engagement and ensure transparency.

What's Needed To Win
Proven track record in a director (or equivalent)-level supply chain role, ideally within a smaller company.
Extensive experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution.
Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams (managers and individual contributors) in various locations.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to be a player/coach.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems; SAP preferred or ERP "super user" experience in other systems.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: Commensurate with experience, with a range in the $125,000 to $140,000 base range + milestone and bonus opportunities.
