What You'll Do
Leadership and Management:
Lead supply chain operations across our facilities in Atlanta (60%) and Irvine (40%), overseeing warehouse operations and a dedicated Customer Service team.
Coach and mentor a diverse team of Warehouse Managers, Supervisors, and Customer Service professionals, fostering a culture of performance excellence.
Strategic Planning And Execution
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
Optimize inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes to meet customer demands effectively.
Operational Excellence
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to elevate supply chain performance.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for actionable insights.
ERP And Technology
Utilize ERP systems (SAP preferred) to streamline supply chain operations and integrate technological solutions for efficiency gains.
Collaboration And Communication
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Development to align supply chain initiatives with business objectives.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, promoting engagement and transparency.
Skills We're Looking For
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
Proven experience in supply chain leadership, ideally within a growth-oriented environment.
Proficiency in ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
