What You'll Be Doing
Leadership and Management:
Direct supply chain operations spanning our Atlanta (60%) and Irvine (40%) locations.
Lead and inspire a dedicated team of Warehouse Managers, Supervisors, and Associates.
Guide our Customer Service Department, overseeing managers and representatives in multiple locations.
Strategic Planning And Execution
Develop and implement forward-thinking supply chain strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency.
Streamline inventory management and distribution processes to meet evolving customer needs effectively.
Ensure seamless alignment of supply chain operations with broader business objectives.
Operational Excellence
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain performance and exceed industry standards.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for enhancement and report on successes.
ERP And Technology Leadership
Utilize ERP systems (SAP preferred) to enhance supply chain operations and integrate cutting-edge technology solutions.
Lead the adoption and optimization of supply chain technology innovations.
Collaboration And Communication
Foster strong relationships across departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Development, to ensure cohesive support for supply chain initiatives.
Communicate effectively at all levels to build engagement and transparency across the organization.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a strategic supply chain leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Expertise in warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution operations.
Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple locations.
Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to drive problem-solving and decision-making.
Proficiency with ERP systems; experience with SAP is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and positive approach.
