Supply Chain Director

Reporting directly to the VP of Supply Chain, the successful candidate will be instrumental in managing the transition from PeopleSoft ERP to Oracle Fusion/Oracle Cloud.

Experience with Oracle EBS/Oracle Fusion/Oracle Cloud is highly desirable for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the supply chain planning, inventory systems, and supply chain analytics functions.
• Guide the supply planning team through the conversion from PeopleSoft ERP to Oracle Fusion/Oracle Cloud.
• Supervise a team of supply planners responsible for optimizing inventory replenishment across distribution centers and branch locations.
• Maintain optimal stocking levels through Min/Max auto-replenishment for multiple distribution centers and branch locations.
• Develop, enhance, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal supply chain execution.
• Drive continuous optimization of the supply chain network to improve stocking levels, reduce costs, and minimize excess inventory.
• Lead and implement projects to enhance the supply chain and address urgent issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive corporate initiatives aimed at improving customer service and reducing company spend.
• Analyze on-time delivery performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead the rollout of new inventory systems, enhancements, and process changes.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for various levels of management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, S&OP, Capacity Planning, or a similar field.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud, and advanced Excel.
• Proven leadership experience in team building and management.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and table structures.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate through ambiguous situations and earn trust across the organization.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on tactical execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical teams effectively.
