Responsibilities
As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Accurately recording, tracking, and reporting inventory transactions.
Coordinating cycle counts with 3PL providers and managing monthly inventory processes.
Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
Ensuring timely receipt of all necessary documentation to maintain order fulfillment.
Working closely with suppliers to manage delivery issues and update purchase orders.
Supporting cost reduction initiatives and procuring assigned SKUs.
Creating new SKUs, UPCs, and QR codes for new products.
Regularly updating various reports.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
1-3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and planning.
Exceptional Excel Skills And Proficiency With Other Software.
ERP experience is a plus.
Experience working with 3PL providers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Critical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
Professionalism and strong work ethic, with flexibility for occasional travel and off-hours work.
